The “Edit Exercise Information” page appears.
The following fields appear, which cannot be edited.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
|
Hire Process General Information Unit |
The hire process general information unit for which the exercise has been identified, in the “Select Exercise to Edit” page. |

Language |
The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language. |

Exercise Name |
The name of the exercise. Example: group discussion. |
|
Exercise Short Description |
A short description of the exercise. Example: entry level. |
|
Exercise Briefing |
The brief description of the exercise. It is a free text field. Example: For group discussion exercise, the brief description can be “the group discussion is conducted to assess communication and leadership competencies”. |

Inactive |
In the main screen, if the inactive check box is not checked, then the status is displayed as “No” in this screen. If it is checked, then the status is displayed as “Yes”. |
You can edit the following details.
If you want a particular exercise to be inactive, select the check box beside the “Inactive” field. Otherwise, you can leave the checkbox blank.
Edit the following in the assessable competency multiline.

Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency. |

Competency Description |
The description of the competency. |
|
Weightage |
The weight of the competency. |
|
Weightage (In %) |
The competency element weight is displayed in percentage. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, modify or delete the content.

Save in Language |
The language you selected in the previous page is displayed. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to translate the record to this language. |
Select the “modify” pushbutton to modify the details entered.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the entire exercise record.
