The system displays the following.
Date Format |

Hire Process General Information Unit |
Select the desired hire process general information unit group from which the external assessor records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. Tell me more. |
Language |
The system displays the language in which the login user logged in. In other words, this refers to the language you selected in the login screen, to access this activity. From the drop-down list box, select the language in which you require to edit the hire process record. |
Select the external assessor, either through the “Direct Entry” group box or through the “Search Criteria” group box.
Use this method if you know the complete code of the external assessor.
Enter the code of the external assessor that must be modified or deleted, in the “assessor code” field.
Select the “Edit external assessor” link.
The “Edit external assessor” page appears. All details of the selected record are displayed.
To edit the external assessor, refer to the topic “Editing the external assessor”.
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the external assessor code or the name of the external assessor.
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.
Assessor Code |
To view all the assessor codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ASS1*, will search for those assessor codes that start with ASS1. Other examples are *ASS1, AS*S1 and ASS1*. |
Assessor Name |
To view all the assessor names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Michael, type in MI*, to search for those assessor names that start with MI. Other examples are *CHAEL, MI*EL, and MICH*. |
Organization Name |
The name of the organization. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the assessor details in the following multiline, that satisfy the search criteria specified.
Assessor Code |
The unique code of the assessor. |
Assessor Name |
The name of the assessor. |
Organization Name |
The name of the organization. |
Select the required “Assessor Name” for editing the corresponding assessor name.
The “Edit External Assessor” page appears.
