Select “Create Panel” option from the left pane.
The “Create Panel” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Enter the following details.
Hire Process General Information Unit |
Select the hire process general information unit group to which the new panel must be associated, from the drop-down list box. |
Panel Code |
To view all the panel codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these panel codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: PAN1*, will search for those panel codes that start with PAN1. Other examples are *PAN1, PA*N1 and PAN1*. |
User |
Specify the name of the user who is allowed to log into the system to enter data.Help available. |
Panel Description |
To view all the panel descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these panel descriptions. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Group Discussion, type in GR*, to search for those panel descriptions that start with GR. Other examples are *SSION, GR*ON, and GROUP*. |
Inactive |
If the panel has to be made inactive, then click the Inactive check-box, otherwise leave it unchecked. |
The following multiline displays the list of assessors which contains the assessor code and assessor name.
Assessor Code |
Specify the assessor code of the assessor, who will be a member of the panel. |
Assessor Name |
The name of the assessor is displayed. |
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the panel. |
Select the save pushbutton to save the specified details.
You can also specify the assessor code through Help.
