Organization

The description of the organization for which the evaluation exercise was conducted.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Exercise

The description of the exercise selected in the “Select Evaluation Exercise” page.

Position Title

The title of the position for which the evaluation stage was conducted.

Department

The department to which the specified position pertains to.

Job Title

The title of the job applicable to the specified position.

Select By

Indicate the criteria based on which you want to view the applicants who undertook the selected evaluation exercise and select them to the next level. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: “Greater Than”, “Lesser Than”, “Between”. Select the required option. For example, to select all applicants who scored more than 60% in the evaluation exercise to the next stage, select “Greater Than” from the drop-down list box and specify the percentage in the filed beside. The system lists in the “List of Applicants” multiline the applicants whose score is greater than 60%.

Action

Specify if you want to select the listed applicants in bulk to the next level by selecting the required action from the drop-down list box and select the “Default Action” pushbutton beside. The system lists the following values in the drop-down list box: “Select to Next Stage”, “Keep Pending”, “Reject”, “Final Shortlist”. Alternately, if you select any of the other options, the system performs the specified action. For example, if you select “Final Shortlist”, the system promotes the applicants to the final shortlist level.

Applicant Name

The name of the applicant who undertook the selected exercise.

Stage Score (%)

The percentage of marks scored by the applicant in the evaluation exercise.

Action

Specify if you want to select the applicant to the next level by selecting the required action from the drop-down list box. The system lists the following values in the drop-down list box: “Select to Next Stage”, “Keep Pending”, “Reject”, “Final Shortlist”. Alternately, if you select any of the other options, the system performs the specified action. For example, if you select “Final Shortlist”, the system promotes the applicant to the final shortlist level.
