HR General Information Unit

Country

The country to which the state belongs.

State Code

The unique code to identify the State.

Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed.

From the Language drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language.

Note: By default, the system displays the values previously specified for the details.

State Description

The unique description of the state code. 

Inactive

The active or inactive status of the state details. You can activate or deactivate the state details, whenever necessary. If the state is in active status, it indicates that it is available for use in other activities.

 

  • To activate: Leave the check box blank.

 

  • To deactivate: Select the check box.

Local Type 1

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: Country, District. Select the required option.

Local Type 3

The type of sub-administrative unit into which the state is divided. The system lists the following options in the drop-down list box: School, District. Select the required option.

Comments

The comments you want to enter  pertaining to the details.

Save in Language

The language you selected in the previous page is displayed.

From the Language drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to translate the record to this language.
