Minimum Wages Master

The “Minimum Wages Master” provides legislative protection for workers to receive a minimum wage that can be considered as the hall mark of any progressive nation. This screen enables you to record minimum wage for a State, Zone, Industry Classification, Labour Act applicable with an Effective From Date. The history of changes can be maintained and viewed at any point of time.

Select the “Minimum Wages Master” activity under the “General Masters”.

The “Minimum Wages Master” page appears.

Enter the following field details in the header:

State	From the drop-down list box, select the required state. The combo is loaded with various states for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Industry Classification	From the drop-down list box, select the type of industry. The combo is loaded with various industries for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.
Zone	From the drop-down list box, select the required zone. The combo is loaded with various zones for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.
Skill Type	From the drop-down list box, select the skill type. The combo is loaded with various skill types for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Show Details” push button. The system displays the “State”, “Industry Classification”, “Zone” and “Skill Type” details in the Minimum Wages Master” multiline.
Enter the following field details in the “Minimum Wages Master” multiline:

State	From the drop-down list box, select the required state. The combo is loaded with various states for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Zone	From the drop-down list box, select the required zone. The combo is loaded with various zones for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Industry Classification	From the drop-down list box, select the type of industry. The combo is loaded with various industries for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Skill Type	From the drop-down list box, select the skill type. The combo is loaded with various skill types for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.
Labour Act	From the drop-down list box, select the labour act that is applicable. The combo is loaded with various labour acts for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Minimum Wages	The minimum wages that is applicable. Mandatory.
Wage Basis	From the drop-down list box, select the wage basis applicable. The combo is loaded with the values “Basic + DA” and “Gross”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page. Mandatory.
Modification Option	From the drop-down list box, select the required modification option. The combo is loaded with the values “Correct” and “Update”. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.
Effective From	The date from which the minimum wage is effective. Mandatory.
Effective To	The date till which the minimum wage is effective.

Select the required field and click “Save” to save the entered minimum wages details.
