The “View Language Proficiency Information” page appears.
The system displays the following detail on top of the page.

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |

Employee |
Your name and employee code. |
You can view the following details in the “Language Proficiency Details” multiline.

Language |
The name of the language you know. |
|
Proficiency |
The proficiency level details in the specified language, such as, whether you can read, write and speak or if the proficiency type is speak only etc. |

Can Conduct Business |
If you are proficient in the language to conduct business or otherwise. “Yes” indicates that you can conduct business in the corresponding language, “No” indicates otherwise. |

Mother Tongue |
Indicates whether the specified language is your mother tongue or otherwise. “Yes” indicates that the corresponding language is your mother tongue, “No” indicates otherwise”. |

Remarks |
The remarks entered pertaining to the identification details of the employee. |
