Viewing Contact Information

4 Ensure that you are in the “Edit Contact Information” page.
4 Select the “View Current Record” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
4 The system displays the “View Contact Information” page.
4 You can view the following details of the current contact information record.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name of the employee and the unique code pertaining to the employee. |
Contact Type |
The type of the contact information that pertains to the selected employee. For example, the contact type can be communication, holiday, permanent or residential. If you specify the contact type as “Holiday”, it indicates that the contact information being entered pertains to the contact address at which you can contact the employee on a holiday. |
Primary Address |
Indicates whether the contact details displayed pertain to the primary address of the employee or otherwise. “Yes” indicates primary, “No” indicates otherwise. |
Address |
The complete address pertaining to the specified contact type. |
Country |
The name of the country pertaining to the specified address. |
State |
The name of the state pertaining to the address specified. |
Local Type 1 |
Local type 1 value. |
Local Type2 |
Local type 2 value. |
Local type 3 |
Local type 3 value. |
Postal Code |
The zip number of the city specified. |
Phone 1 |
The first contact phone number at the address specified. |
Phone 2 |
The second contact phone number at the address specified. |
Fax |
The fax number at the address specified. |
Mobile |
The mobile phone number of the employee. |

The email address of the employee. |
Home Page |
The web page address of the employee. |
Effective From |
The date from which the contact information record is in effect. |
