4     Select the “Request Change in Contact Information” option from left pane.

4     The system displays the following details on top of the page.

Employee

The name of the employee and the unique employee code.

Request Status

The status of the change request.

Pending With

The code and name of the employee with whom the “Change Request of the Employee” is pending with.

Requested On

The date on which the employee submitted the request for changing the contact information details.

Authorizer’s Remarks

The remarks of the authorizer pertaining to the change request.

4     Check in  the “Select” column in the  “Contact Types” multiline to select the required contact type.

Select

Select the check box corresponding to the required contact type. You can record or modify the contact information pertaining to the selected contact type.

Contact Type

The type of the contact information,  which you want to record or modify, such as, Communication, Holiday, Permanent or Residential. If the contact type is “Holiday”, it indicates the contact address where you can contact the employee on a holiday.

Last Record Effective From

The date from which the record has been effective.

Last Record Effective To

The date till which the record will be effective.

Record Status

The status of the contact information record.

4     You can use the “Employee Remarks” field below the multiline to enter your remarks.

To enter remarks

4     Select the “Book” icon beside the “Employee Remarks” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.

4     You can view, modify or delete the content.

4     Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.

4     Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

4     Select the “Save Request” pushbutton to save your change request.

4     Select the “Delete Request” pushbutton to delete your change request.

4     Select the “Create Contact Information” hyperlink below the multiline after selecting the required contact type in the multiline.

4     The system displays the “Edit Contact Information” page, which you can use to make the necessary changes.
