Ensure that you are in the “ Request Change in Work Experience Information” page.
Select the help icon in the “Equivalent Job Within the Organization” column of the multiline.
The “Help on Job” page appears.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the job belongs. |
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. |
To specify search criteria, enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” fields.
Job Code |
To view all the job codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these job codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: PRG1*, P*12, PR*1. |
Job Title |
To view all the job titles containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these job titles. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *PROGRAMMER, PRO*R, PRO*. |
Job Level Description |
From the drop-down list box, select the description of the job level to which the job belongs. |
Job Family |
From the drop-down list box, select the job family to which the job belongs. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of job records satisfying these search criteria.
The system displays the details of the job in the corresponding columns of the multiline.
Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required job details. After selecting the required job record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
The “Request Change in Work Experience Information” page reappears.
The selected job code is displayed in the corresponding column of the multiline.
