Employee Code Setup Unit

The organization unit in which the employee code setup component is deployed. Tell me more

•  Specify the following details in the multiline.

Country	The name of the country for which you want to setup the citizenship identification number format. From the drop-down list box, select the required value.
Citizenship Identification Number	The citizenship identification number applicable to the specified country.
Citizenship Identification Number Format	The format of the citizenship identification number. For example, the format for the U.S. Social Security Number is xxx xx xxxx.
Comments	The comments you want to enter pertaining to the format of the citizenship identification number.

• Select the Book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.

•  You can view, modify or delete the content.

•  Select the “OK” pushbutton to save the details and return to the previous page.

• Select the “Cancel” pushbutton to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.

• Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details entered.
