4 Ensure that you are in the “Help On User” page.
4 The system displays the following detail at the top right of the page.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details |
4 To specify search criteria, enter the following fields.

User Name |
To view all user names containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these user names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
4 Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of user name records satisfying the search parameter.
4 The system displays the user names in the multiline.

User Name |
The name of the user. |
4 Click on the “Select” checkbox corresponding to the required user name details. After selecting the required user name record from the multiline, select the “OK” pushbutton.
4 The selected user name is displayed in the corresponding field in the previous page.
