4     Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details to view Employee Information” page.

4     Select the link  “View Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of the page.

4     The “View Employment Terms and Conditions” page appears.

4     The system displays the following.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details to view Employment Information” page.

Employee

The employee code you specified in the  “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Job title

The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Position title

The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment” page.

Assignment No

The assignment number that has been allocated to the employee. 

Employee Type

The type of employee.  For example, regular, trainee or contractual.      

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

4     A multiline appears, displaying the following fields.

Terms and Conditions

The name of the terms and conditions. Examples: notice, bond and others.

From

The date from which the terms and conditions take effect.

To

The date till which the terms and conditions are effective.

Currency

The currency in which the amount or security deposit must be paid.

Amount

The amount that is valid for the terms and conditions. Example: In the case that the employee’s offer of appointment provides a condition for sufficient notice to terminate the employment and if the employee chooses not to serve the notice period, he may have to pay a certain amount as compensation.

Security Deposit

The amount that has to be given by the employee as security deposit to the organization. Example: If an employee has to undergo some training abroad, he may have to sign a bond and deposit an amount as a security deposit, which will be taken by the organization, if there is any default.

Remarks

Remarks on the terms and conditions for the employee-assignment. Example: if the terms and conditions is “Bond”, then the remarks may be “Project in France”.
