4     Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee to view Employment details ” page.

4     Select  “View Reward Details” from bottom of the page.

4     The “Select Reward” page appears.

4     The system displays the following:

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Employee

The employee code you specified in the ‘Select Employee to View Employment Details’ page.

Assignment No

The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. 

Position title

The function code you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Job title

The position code you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Employee Type

The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual.      

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

4     The system displays a multiline containing the following fields: “Reward Number”, “Reward Name”, “Reward Type”, “Rewarded By”, “Reward Value”, “Rewarded On”, “Effective From” and a “Select” checkbox.

Reward Number

The number of the reward for the employee. This value is system generated.

Reward Name

The name of the reward. Example: Performance 1999-2000.

Reward Type

The type of the reward. Examples: articles, stocks, monetary.

Rewarded By

The name of the institution, which gives the reward.

Reward Value

The monetary value of the reward.

Rewarded On

The date on which the reward will be given.

Effective From

The date from which the reward is effective.

4     Select “View Reward Details” link from the “Select Employee to View Employment Information” page.
