The secondary assignment number that has been allocated for an employee, in sequential order. The value in this field is system generated. |
Assignment Type |
The “Change in assignment” value is displayed by default. This indicates that the change in assignment has been made due to functional change or position change or any such change. |
Assignment Effective From |
The date and time from which the secondary assignment, has been activated. |
Assignment Effective To |
The date and time until which the secondary assignment will be in effect. |
Reason for Change in Assignment |
The reason for change in assignment is displayed. Example: change in function, change in position. |
Position |
The position code for the selected employee is displayed. |
