The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. |
Position Title |
The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Job title |
The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Reward Number |
The number of the reward for the employee. This value is system generated. |
Reward Type |
The type of the reward. Examples: articles, stocks, monetary. |
Reward Name |
The name of the reward. Example: Performance 1999-2000. |
Rewarding Agency |
One of the two is displayed: “Internal” or “External”. If it is: |

§ “Internal”, it denotes that the reward will be given by an internal agency, for instance, say within the organization. |

§ “External”, it denotes that the reward will be given by an external agency. |
Rewarded By |
The name of the institution, which gives the reward. |
Rewarded On |
The date on which the reward must be given. |
Reward Value |
The monetary value of the reward. |
Effective From |
The date from which the reward must be effective. |
Effective To |
The date until which the reward will be in effect. |
Currency |
The currency in which the reward must be paid. |
Payable Through |
The component through which the payment processing must be done. Examples: payroll, reimbursement. |
No. of Installments |
The number of installments in which the reward must be paid. |
Progression |
The frequency in which the various installments will be paid. Examples: weekly, monthly, bi-monthly. |
Remarks |
Remarks on the reward for the employee assignment. |

Date of Payment |
The dates on which the reward installment must be paid. |
Amount |
The amount payable on each date. |
Payroll Processed Details |
One of the following options is displayed: “A”, “U” or “P”. If it is: |

§ “A”, it denotes that the amount payable and the date on which the installment must be paid, has been authorized. |

§ “U”, it denotes that the amount payable and the date on which the installment must be paid, is still unauthorized. |
|
§ “P”, it denotes that the installment amount has already been paid on the particular date. |
