Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employee |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employment Unit |
The Employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Date of Joining |
The date and time when the selected employee joined the organization. |
Assignment No |
The number of the employee assignment. The value in this field is system generated. Generally, “1” is displayed. |
Assignment Type |
The type of assignment undertaken by the employee One of the following options is displayed: “New Hire”, “Rehire” or “Change in Assignment”. If it is: |

§ “New Hire”, it denotes that the employee is new to the organization. |
|
§ “Re-Hire”, it indicates that the employee has been hired again after leaving the organization. |
Position |
The position code for the selected employee. |
Employee Status |
The value “Current” or “Terminated” is displayed in this field. If it is: |

§ “Current”, it denotes that the employee is still working in the organization. |
|
§ “Terminated”, it denotes that the employee is no longer employed with the organization. In case of termination, the primary assignment record cannot be modified. |
Reason for Change in Assignment |
The reason for change in assignment. Example: change in function and position. |
Effective From |
The date and time from which the primary assignment defined for the employee, must be activated. The date and time of joining is displayed in this field, by default. These details are fetched from “Employee Personal Information” component. In case of history data being present, this field denotes the date and time from which the history data is valid. |
Effective To |
This field denotes the date and time to which the history is valid, if the history data is present. |
Access Data History |
It keeps track of all updates to the record. The changes must be saved with Modification Option as “Update” along with the “New Effective From” date and time, if you want the record to appear in the history information. |

Standard Hours |
The standard hours for which the employee is required to work. |

Specifies whether the employee is tipped or not. |
Job Level Description |
The description of the job level to which the selected employee belongs. |
EEO class |
The Equal Employment Opportunity classification, which is captured as part of Job Information. |
Grade |
The grade code for the selected employee. |
Working Condition |
The working condition of the employee’s work place. |
Salaried/hourly |
Specifies whether the employee is paid on a salary basis or hourly basis. |
Work Experience |
The work experience pertaining to the employee. |
Medical check requirements |
The medical check requirements pertaining to the employee. |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the employee. |
FTE |
Full Time Equivalent of the job (If the regular working hours are 8 hrs/day, and if two employees are employed part-time for 4 hours and 6 hours respectively, then their FTE would be 0.5 and 0.75 respectively). |
Full time/part time |
Specifies whether the selected employee is working on a full time or part time basis. |
Regular/Temporary |
Specifies whether the selected employee is hired on a regular or temporary basis. |
