Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details to View Employment details” page. |
Employee |
The employee code you specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. |
Position Title |
The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Job title |
The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Award Number |
The number of the award that is given to the employee. This value is system generated. |
Award Type |
The type of the award. Examples: articles, stocks, monetary. |
Award Name |
The name of the award. Example: Employee of the Year-2000. |
Awarding Agency |
The agency that is giving the award. One of the following is displayed: “Internal” or “External”. If it is: |

§ “Internal”, it denotes that the award will be given by an internal agency, for example, say within the organization. |
|
§ “External”, it denotes that the award will be given by an external agency. |
Awarded By |
The name of the institution, which gives the award. |
Awarded On |
The date on which the award is given. |
Award Value |
The monetary value of the award. |
Effective From |
The date from which the award must be effective. |
Effective To |
The date until which the award will be in effect. |
Currency |
The currency in which the award must be paid. |
Payable Through |
The component through which the payment processing must be done. Examples: payroll, reimbursement. |
Remarks |
Remarks on the award for the employee. |
Payroll Processed Details |
One of the following options is displayed: “A”, “U” or “P”. If it is: |

§ “A”, it denotes that the award value and the date on which the award must be given, has been authorized. |
|
§ “U”, it denotes that the award value and the date on which the award must be given, is still unauthorized. |
|
§ “P”, it denotes that the award has already been given on the specified “Awarded On” date. |

Remarks on the award for the employee. |
