4     Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee to View Employee Information” page.

4     Select  “View Membership Details” from the bottom of the page.

4     The “View Membership Details” page appears.

4     The system displays the following.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details to View Employment details ” page.

Employee

The employee code you specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Assignment No

The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. 

Position Title

The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Job title

The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page.

Employee Type

The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual.      

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

4     The following details are displayed in the multiline.

Qualification Code

The unique code of the qualification.

Qualification Description

The description of the qualification, for example, MBBS, and MBA applicable to the selected qualification code.

Qualification Type

The type of the qualification, for example, License, Certification and Degree applicable to the selected qualification code.

Specialization

The specific area of study. For example, if the qualification specified is engineering, indicate the specific area as Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.

Effective From

The date from which the specified qualification details take effect.

Effective To

The date till which the specified qualification details are in effect.

Mandatory 

A “Yes” or “No” is displayed.  If it is:

 

§                      “Yes”, it denotes that the particular competency is mandatory for the employee to complete the assignment.

 

§                      “No”, it denotes that the particular competency is not mandatory for the employee to complete the assignment.
