The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Employee |
The employee code you specified in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. |
Position Title |
The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Job title |
The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to View Employment Details” page. |
Employee Type |
The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
4 A multiline appears, displaying the following fields.
Competency Code |
The unique code of the competency. |
Competency Description |
The description of the competency. Examples: presentation skills, communications skills. |
Competency MDL |
The minimum desired level of the competency. Example: a marketing executive should have competency MDL – 7 for communication skills whereas, it could be competency MDL – 3 for leadership quality. |
Competency Wt. |
The weight of the competency is displayed. For the selected employee, the weight of the competency refers to the priority a competency has, in comparison to other competencies, required to perform an assignment. Example: For a project leader, leadership qualities are more important than presentation skills. |
Competency Wt. (%) |
The competency weight is displayed in percentage. Example: if the competency weight for sincerity is 5/10, the competency weight in % is 50. |
Mandatory |
A “Yes” or “No” is displayed. If it is: |

§ “Yes”, it denotes that the particular competency is mandatory for the employee to complete the assignment. |

§ “No”, it denotes that the particular competency is not mandatory for the employee to complete the assignment. |
