4     Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee for Recording Assignments of Non-regular Employees” page.

4     The “Request to Create Non-Regular Employee’s Assignment” page appears.

4     Select “Record Terms and Condition” hyperlink from the bottom right of the page.

4     The “Request to Record Terms and Condition” page appears.

4     The system displays the following fields.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit as specified in the “Select Employee to record Non-regular employee assignment” page.

Employee 

The name of the employee.

Assignment No

The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. 

Position Title

The position title you selected in the “Select Employee to record Non-regular employee assignment” page.

Job Title

The job title you selected in the “Select Employee to record Non-regular employee assignment” page.

Employee Type

The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

 

4     The following multiline displays the details related to Terms and Condition.

Terms and Condition

The name of the terms and conditions. Examples: notice, bond and others.

Period

Specify the period in this field in free text form. For example 2 years.

From

The date from which the terms and conditions take effect.

To  

The date till which the terms and conditions are effective.

Currency 

The currency in which the amount or security deposit must be paid.

Amount

The amount that is valid for the terms and conditions. Example: In the case that the employee’s offer of appointment provides a condition for sufficient notice to terminate the employment and if the employee chooses not to serve the notice period, he may have to pay a certain amount as compensation.

Security Deposit

The amount that has to be given by the employee as security deposit to the organization. Example: If an employee has to undergo some training abroad, he may have to sign a bond and deposit an amount as a security deposit, which will be taken by the organization, if there is any default.

Remarks

Remarks on the terms and conditions for the employee-assignment. Example: if the terms and conditions is “Bond”, then the remarks may be “Project in France”.

Request Status

Specifies the status of the request made. It could be a request for addition, editing or deletion.

Request for Deletion

This is checked in case of a request for deleting an authorized record.

Authorization Status

One of the following options is displayed: “Pending Authorization”, “Authorized” or “Rejected”. If it is:

 

§          “Pending authorization”, it denotes that the employee-assignment competency mapping is yet to be authorized through the “Authorize Employment Information” activity.

 

§          “Authorized”, it denotes that the employee-assignment competency mapping has been authorized through the “Authorize Employment Information” activity.

 

§          “Rejected”, it denotes that the employee-assignment competency mapping has been rejected.

Rejection Reason

The reason for rejection is displayed. Example: Incorrect information given. This is mandatory in case of rejection.

4      Select the Save Request pushbutton to save the request.

4     Select the Cancel Request pushbutton to cancel the request.
