4 Select “Edit/Delete Membership Details” hyperlink from the bottom of the multiline.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit selected in the “Select employee” page. |
Employee |
The employee code you specified in the “Select Employee” page. |
Assignment No |
The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Employee Type |
The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
4 The system displays a multiline, which contains details about official membership.
Name of the Association |
The name of the association in which the employee is a member. |
Legal Status |
The legal status of the organization is displayed. Examples: association, club, company, partnership. In this field, “Association” is displayed as only those records with association as legal status have been fetched. |
Currency |
The currency in which the registration charges and subscription amount must be paid. |
Registration Charges |
The amount that must be paid to register with the association. |
Total Subscription Amount |
The total amount that must be paid for subscription to the association. |
Date of Membership |
The membership period for the employee in the association. Examples: 10 months, 100 days, 2 years. |
Record Status |
The status of the employee’s record from the drop-down list box. |
4 Select “Request to Edit/Delete Membership Details Non specific to Assignments” link from the “Select ing Membership Details to Edit/Delete” page.
