4 The system displays a list of membership non-specific to assignments in the following multiline.
Name of the association |
The name of the association in which the employee is a member. |
Name of the association |
The name of the association in which the employee is a member. |
Legal status |
Select the legal status of the organization from the drop-down list box. Examples: association, club, company, partnership. In this field, “Association” is displayed as only those records with association as legal status have been fetched. |
Currency |
The currency in which the registration charges and subscription amount must be paid. |
Registration charges |
The amount that must be paid to register with the association. |
Total subscription amount |
The total amount that must be paid for subscription to the association. |
Date of membership |
The date on which the employee becomes a member in the association. |
4 Select the Save Request pushbutton to save the specified details.
4 Select “Membership Details to Edit/Delete” link from the “Select Employee to Record Membership Details” page.
