4  Ensure that you are in the “Select Employee to Record Membership Details” page.

4  Select  “Membership to Edit/Delete” hyperlink from the bottom of the multiline.

4  The “Select Membership Details to Edit/Delete” page appears.

4  Select  “Request to Edit/Delete Membership Details” hyperlink from the bottom left of the multiline.

4  The “Request to Edit/Delete Membership Details” page appears.

4  The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.

Date Format                                    

The date format applicable to the login user. More Details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit selected in the “Select employee” page.

Employee

The employee code you specified in the “Select Employee” page.

Assignment No

The assignment number that has been allocated for the employee. 

Position Title

The position title of the employee.

Job Title

The job title of the employee.

Employee Type

The type of employee for example, regular, trainee or contractual.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Official Membership Number

The number of the official membership of the employee. This value is system generated.

Name of the Association

Select the name of the association, from the drop-down list box. The options in the drop-down list box are distinct and active organization values fetched from the “Organization Master” where “Legal Status” is “Association”.

Internal

A “Yes” or “No” is displayed. If it is:

 

“Yes”, it denotes that all the members in the association are from the same organization. Example: In an organization “A”, which has an “Employee Association”, all the members in that association are from the company “A”.

 

“External”, it denotes that all the members in the association are not from the same organization. Example: In the “Trade Association- South Zone”, the members are from different organizations.

Currency

Select the currency in which the registration charges and subscription amount must be paid, from the drop-down list box. The options in the drop-down list box are obtained from the “Finance” module.

Total Subscription Amount

Specify the total amount that must be paid for subscription to the association (Numeric, 15).

Membership Period

Specify the membership period for the employee in the association by specifying the number in the free text field (Numeric, 5) and selecting the unit of time, from the drop-down list box. The values for unit of time in the drop-down list box are user specified, using the “quick code” component. Example: to specify membership period of 10 months, specify “10” in the free text field and select “months”, from the drop-down list box.

Request for Deletion

To be checked if the user request deletion of an approved record.

Legal Status

Select the legal status of the organization from the drop-down list box. Examples: association, club, company, partnership. In this field, “Association” is displayed as only those records with association as legal status have been fetched.

Type of Member Group

Select the member group of association to which the employee belongs, from the drop-down list box. The types are user defined. The user lists the types using “quick code” component. Examples: Manager, Worker.

Registration Charges

The amount that must be paid to register with the association (Numeric, 15).

Date of Membership

The date on which the employee must become a member in the association.

Remarks   

Remarks on the official membership for the employee.

Authorization status

Specifies the status of the authorization request. It could be Pending Authorization, Authorized or Rejected.

Rejection Reason

Reason for Rejection. It is mandatory, if rejected.

4     Select the Save Request pushbutton to save the specified details.

4     Select the Cancel Request pushbutton to cancel the request.
