Select “Request for Recording Membership Details” from the left pane.
The “Select Employee to Record Membership details” page appears.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More Details. |
Employment Unit |
Select the desired organization unit group from which the employee records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. |
Company |
The company to which the employee belongs. |
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the employee code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the employee code contains along with the wild card *. Optionally, you can enter the employee name, date of joining from, date of joining to, position title, department description, job title and employees with/without assignment to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported. To fetch all records, you can click on the search pushbutton without entering values in any of the fields.
Enter the following search criteria values in some or all of the following fields.
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Jonathan, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*. |
Date of Joining From |
Specify the date to fetch the list of all the employees, who have joined the organization on that particular date or from that date onwards. |
Date of Joining To |
The date and time, in which the selected employee joined the organization, is displayed. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Department Description |
To view a particular department description, type in the complete department description or the starting character or characters of this department followed by the wild card *. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
Employees with / without Assignment |
Specify whether the employees have already been assigned to an assignment or not. |
Select the search pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the multiline that satisfy your search criteria.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Date of Joining |
The date on which the selected employee joined the organization. |
Time of Joining |
The time at which the selected employee joined the organization. |
Position Title |
The position title of the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Job Title |
The job title of the employee. |
