Selecting an employee for authorization

Select “Authorize employment information” from the left pane.
The “Select Employment Information for Authorization” page appears.
Select the data hyperlink from the no. of request column corresponding to the assignment qualification mapping.
The “Select Employee for Authorization” page appears.
The system displays the following fields at the top of the page.

Date Format	The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more
HR Authorizer	The code of the employee who has the rights to authorize the employment information records.
Employee Assignment Qualification Mapping	Indicates to select employee to authorize assignment qualification mapping.
No. of Requests	The number of requests made on employee assignment qualification mapping.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline.

Employment unit	The Employment unit as specified in the “Select Employment Information” page. Tell me more.
Employee code	The unique code of the employee.
Employee name	The name of the employee.
Assignment no	The assignment number allocated for the employee.
Position title	The position title of the employee.
Department	The department to which the employee belongs.
Job title	The job title of the employee.
Request status	One of the following options displayed: Pending Authorization, Authorized.

Select the data hyperlink in the employee name column to specify the required details for authorizing employee assignment qualification mapping.
