Description

The description of the department.

To record manager details

Effective From Date

The date from which the manager’s administration is effective. This date may be the manager’s joining date.

Effective To Date

The date until which the manager’s administration is effective.

Manager Code

The employee code of the manager.

Help Available

Manager Name

The name of the manager.

Delegated User

The code of the employee who has been delegated the administrative responsibility if the manager is absent.

Help Available

Delegated User Name

The name of the delegated user.

Is HOD

From the drop-down list box, select “Yes” to indicate that the manager is the head of the department. Otherwise, select “No”.

Remarks

Any additional details pertaining to the manager.
