Viewing Non-regular employee assignment
Ensure that you are in the "Select employee to view employment information" or “View personal information” page.
Select “ View Non-Regular Employee’s Assignment” from the bottom of the page.
The “View Non-Regular Employee’s Assignment” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date & Time Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
The system displays the following in the "Employee Details" group box:
Employee |
The unique code name of the employee. |
Date of Joining |
The date and time, in which the selected employee joined the organization, is displayed. |
Employee Type |
Select the appropriate employee type from the drop-down list box. |
The system displays the following fields in the "Assignment Details" group box:
Assignment Effective From |
The date and time from which the primary assignment defined for the employee, must be activated. The date and time of joining is displayed in this field, by default. |
Assignment Effective To |
The date and time until which the primary assignment defined for the employee, must be in effect. |
Position |
The position code for the selected employee. |
You can view the following details in the "Organizational attributes" group box:
Employment Unit |
The employment unit selected in the previous page. Tell me more. |
Company |
The company to which the employee belongs. |
You can view the following details in the "Job attributes" group box:
Department |
The appropriate department code for the selected employee. |
Job |
The appropriate job code for the selected employee. |
Job Title |
The job title of the selected employee. |
Job family |
The job family to which the selected employee belongs, is displayed. |
EEO Class |
The Equal Employment Opportunity classification, which is captured as part of Job Information. |
Grade set |
The grade set pertaining to the selected employee. |
Grade |
Select the appropriate grade code for the selected employee from the drop-down list box. |
Job Classification |
The appropriate job under which the selected employee is classified. |
Working Condition |
The working condition of the employee’s work place. |
Workers Compensation code |
The code pertaining to the workers compensation. |
Salaried/hourly |
Displays whether the employee is paid on a salary basis or hourly basis. |
Standard Hours |
The standard hours for which the employee is required to work. |
Work Experience |
The work experience of the employee. |
Medical check Required |
Indicates whether a medical check is required for the selected employee. |
Medical check requirements |
The medical check requirements pertaining to the employee |
Tipped |
Specifies whether the employee is tipped or not. |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the employee |
Status 4 |
This is a user-defined field, which can be customized in the Basic HR Setup activity of the HR Setup component. |
Status 5 |
This is a user-defined field, which can be customized in the Basic HR Setup activity of the HR Setup component. |
FTE |
Full Time Equivalent of the job (If the regular working hours are 8 hrs/day, and if two employees are employed part-time for 4 hours and 6 hours respectively, then their FTE would be 0.5 and 0.75 respectively). |
Full /part time |
Specifies whether the selected employee is working on a full time or part time basis. |
The following details are displayed in the "Job rate details" group box:
Standard rate (per hour) |
The standard rate of money to be paid for the employee in that job, per hour |
Overtime rate (per hour) |
The amount of money to be paid to the employee for each hour, if he works overtime. |
You can view the following in the "Reporting to" group box:
Supervisor |
The employee code of the supervisor of the selected employee. |
Position Title |
The position title of the supervisor. |
Department |
The department to which the supervisor belongs. |
Job Code |
The job code of the supervisor. |
Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the non-regular employee assignment information. |

The date on which it was created |

The name of the person who modified the assignment details of the non-regular employee. |
