View Excluded Employees
This page allows you to view the list of employees excluded from planning process for the selected plan period under the planner. Once the employee status can be changed to included and saved, the record gets refreshed in the grid, Summary and in tree section.
The system displays the following details in the grid.
Employee |
The name, position and department of the employee. |
Hire Date |
The date on which the employee joined the organization. |
Reporting To |
The name of the reporting manager. |
Grade |
The grade of the employee. |
Rating % |
The Performance rating from Appraisal based on which the TEC (CTC) Review happened for the employee. |
Working Days |
The number of working days from the date of joining. |
Current TEC (CTC) |
The annual TEC (CTC) of the employee. |
Remarks |
The reason for including / excluding the employee can be entered. |

Click “Submit” button to save the entered details.
