Pay Revision Guidelines

The system displays the appraisal rate grade range and the recommended merit increase % defined for the corresponding appraisal period.

The following details are displayed in the grid:

Rate Grade	The performance rate grade percentage defined for the Appraisal period.
Merit Increase %	The merit increase percentage defined for the Appraisal rating range.
