Employee Snapshot

This page allows you to view the compensation details of the employee selected in grid.

The system displays the photo, name, position and department of the employee. The hire date and in current position are displayed as available in system.
Select an option from the Last (Years) drop-down to retrieve the compensation details for the number of selected years.
The system retrieves and displays the compensation details in the grid.

Date	The TEC (CTC) effective date.
Current TEC (CTC)	The annual TEC (CTC) of the employee. This caption is configurable.
% Change	The % change is calculated as follows: [(Current CTC-Previous CTC)/Previous CTC]*100.
Rate Grade	The performance rating from appraisal based on which the TEC (CTC) review happened for the employee.
Reason for Change	The reason for change in TEC (CTC) details through compensation review or any promotion etc.
