Collaboration
This page allows you to view the collaboration messages from various users & planners.
The system displays the employee’s photo, name, position, department and compensation plan of the selected employee from the “Compensation Planning” screen.
Select the name of the planner from the drop-down.
Enter the user comments in the space provided.
Click “” icon to attach the document for that conversation. The “File Upload” pop-up appears.
Enter the File ID.
Click “Browse” to search the document and click “Upload” to upload the document, else click “Delete File” to cancel.
Once upload is complete, the system displays the uploaded document.
Click “Post” button. Mail alert will be sent to the user selected in the Post to drop-down.
The system displays the message conversation for the selected planner with the attached document in the below grid.
