This page allows you to view the details of the layout. You can view the details after the layout has been created. You can also view the details of the layout during the creation process. You can view details like the number identifying the layout, its description and classification. Details like the type of the finance book, the finance book in which it is available, the code identifying the chart of accounts and the type of the chart accounts can also be viewed. You can also view the details of the schedule like the number identifying the schedule, the description and the sequence of the schedules that fall under the layout.
Select the “View Layout” link at the bottom of the “Create Financial Statement Layout” page.
The “View Financial Statement Layout” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Zoom facility available | |

Layout Classification |
Indicates the category under which the layout has been classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow Statement”. |

Book Type |
Indicates the type of finance book in which the layout is available. It could be “Posting finance book”, “Posting tax book”, “Main finance book”, “ Main tax book”, or “Consolidation finance book”. |

Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book for which the layout has been created. |

Chart of Accounts ID |
The code identifying the operative chart of accounts to which the accounts that fall under this schedule are mapped to. |

Description |
A textual description of the chart of accounts. |

Chart of Accounts Type |
The type of the chart of accounts to which the ID belongs |
The system displays the following in the “Schedule Information” multiline:

Schedule No |
The number identifying the schedule that forms a part of the layout. |

Description |
The description of the schedule. |

Sequence No |
A sequential order in which the schedules are available in the layout. |

Add / Subtract |
Indicates whether the balances of the groups have been added or subtracted. |

Indent |
The number of spaces the schedule heading will be indented while printing the layout |
