Viewing layout details

This page allows you to view the details of the layouts that have been created. You can view details of the number identifying the layout, the description and the status of the layout. You can also view layout under which it is classified, the finance book in which the layout details are available, the type of the finance book and the chart of accounts details. This page also allows you to view the details of the schedule that has been included in the layout. You can also view the creation and the modification details of the layout.

Select the “View Layout” link at the bottom of the “Select Schedule / Layout” page.

The “View Financial Statement Layout” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Layout No	The number identifying the schedule.
Layout Description	A textual description of the schedule.
	Zoom facility available
Status	The status of the layout. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
	Active – indicates that the layout is still in use.
	Inactive – indicates that the layout is no longer in use.
Layout Classification	Indicates the category under which the layout is classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow Statement”.
Book Type	Indicates the type of finance book in which the layout is available. It could be “Posting finance book”, “Posting tax book”, “Main finance book”, “ Main tax book”, or “Consolidation finance book”.
Finance Book	The code identifying the finance book in which the layout is available.
Chart of Accounts ID	The code identifying the operative chart of accounts to which the accounts that fall under this layout are mapped to.
Chart of Accounts Type	The type of the chart of accounts to which the ID belongs.

The system displays the following in the “Schedule Information” multiline:

Schedule No	The number identifying the schedule.
Description	The description of the schedule.
Sequence No	A sequential order in which the schedule numbers are available in the layout.
Add / Subtract	Indicates whether the balances of the groups have been added or subtracted as per the “Debit / Credit” identifier.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the layout.
Created Date	The date on which the layout was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the layout.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the layout was last modified.
