Viewing schedule details

Basics of using a Ramco Enterprise Series Web page

This page allows you to view the details of the selected schedule. You can view details like the number identifying the schedule, its description and the category under which it is classified. Details of the schedule like the type of the finance book, the code identifying the finance book, the code identifying the chart of accounts ID and the type of the chart of accounts are also displayed. You can also view the list of accounts or schedules that form a part of the selected schedule. You can also view the creation and modification details of the schedule.

The “View Schedule” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Schedule No

The number identifying the schedule.

Schedule Description

A textual description of the schedule.

 

Zoom facility available

Status

The status of the schedule. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

 
  •  Active – indicates that the schedule is still in use.

 
  •  Inactive – indicates that the schedule is no longer in use.

Schedule Classification

Indicates the category under which the schedule is classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow Statement”.

Book Type

Indicates the type of finance book in which the schedule is available. It could be “Posting finance book”, “Posting tax book”, “Main finance book”, “ Main tax book”, or “Consolidation finance book”.

Finance Book

The code identifying the finance book in which the schedule is available.

Chart of Accounts ID

The code identifying the operative chart of accounts to which the accounts that fall under this schedule are mapped to.

Chart of Accounts Type

The type of the chart of accounts to which the ID belongs.

The system displays the following in the “Account Code / Schedule No Information” multiline:

Account Code / Schedule No

The code identifying the account or the number identifying the schedule.

Description

The description of the account or the schedule.

Classification

Indicates the classification under which the account or the schedule has been classified. It could be “Balance Sheet”, “Income Statement” or “Cash Flow”.

Account Group

Indicates the group to which the account belongs. It could be “Asset”, “Liability”, “Capital”, “Revenue” or “Expenditure”.

Sequence No

A sequential order in which the account codes or schedule numbers are available in the schedule.

Account Balance

Indicates that the balance that will be displayed when schedule is generated. It could be “Closing Balance”, “Period Credit”, “Period Debit”, “Period Amount” or “Opening Balance”.

Add / Subtract

Indicates whether the balances of the groups have been added or subtracted as per the “Debit / Credit” identifier.

Print / View

The type of balance that you want to print or view in the statement.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The login ID of the use who has created the schedule.

Created Date

The date on which the schedule was created.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the schedule.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the schedule was last modified.
