Viewing function defaults for exchange rate

This page allows you to view the function defaults that have been set for the exchange rate business component. This activity allows you to view the function defaults that have been set for the exchange rate business component. The latest set function default will be retrieved for viewing.

Select the “View Function Defaults” link under the “Exchange Rate” business component.

The “View Function Defaults” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Intermediate Cross Currency	Indicates the intermediate cross currency set for the company. It could be “USD” or “EUR” that is “US Dollars” or “Euro”.
Sequence for Base Currency Exchange Rate Category	The sequence followed by the system for retrieving the exchange rate for a selected currency with respect to the base currency of the company.
Sequence for Cross Currency Exchange Rate Category	The sequence followed by the system for retrieving the exchange rate for a selected currency combination in which both the currencies are not base currency.
Currency Code Loading Option	The currency code that must be retrieved during transactions.
Default Exchange Rate Type	The default exchange rate type for which the exchange rate must be retrieved during the transactions.
