Viewing registered office details

This page allows you to view the details of a company’s registered office. You can select the code identifying the company for which you want to view the details of the registered office. The system retrieves all the details of the registered office.
Select the “View Registered Office Details” link at the bottom of the “View Company” page.
The “View Registered Office Details” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Company Identity” group box:

Company Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to view details. All the companies that have been created will be available for selection in the ascending order. |
Note: The system displays the details of the company selected in the “View Company” page by default at the launch of the page.
The system displays the following:

Company Name |
The name of the company. |

Status |
The status of the company. It can be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
The system displays the following in the “Registered Office” group box:

Address |
The complete mailing address of the registered office. |

Zoom facility available |
|

City |
The city in which the registered office of the company is located. |
|

State |
The state in which the registered office of the company is located. |

Country |
The country in which the registered office of the company is located. |

Zip |
The zip code of the area in which the registered office is located. |

Phone |
The contact telephone number of the registered office along with the country code and the area code. |

Fax |
The fax number of the registered office along with the country code and the area code. |

Telex |
The telex number of the registered office. |

URL |
The URL or the address of the registered office’s web site. |

Mail stop ID of the registered office |
