Using Online Help

This page allows you to enter the details of registered office of the newly created company. You can enter the complete mailing address of the company along with the contact details, which include the web address and the mail stop address. The system stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the registered office details.

The “Create Registered Office Details” page appears.

Company Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the company for which you want to enter the details of the registered office. All the companies that have been created and that are in the “Active” status will be available for selection in the ascending order.

The system displays the following in the “Company Identity” group box:

Company Name

The name of the company.

Address

The complete mailing address of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 120). Mandatory.

Note: The first address field must not be left blank.

City

The city in which the registered office of the company is located (Alphanumeric, 40).

State

The state in which the registered office of the company is located (Alphanumeric, 40).

Country

Use the drop-down list box to select the country in which the registered office of the company is located. All the countries that have been defined in the country entity will be available for selection. The system displays “United States” by default at the launch of the page.

Zip

The zip code of the area in which the registered office is located (Alphanumeric, 20).

Phone

The contact telephone number of the registered office along with the country code and the area code (Alphanumeric, 18).

Fax

The fax number of the registered office along with the country code and the area code (Alphanumeric, 40).

Telex

The telex number of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 20).

URL

The URL or the address of the registered office’s web site (Alphanumeric, 50).

Mailstop

Mail stop ID of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 20).

The system saves the details of the registered office in the company registered office entity.

The system updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Created By” and “Created Date” fields.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The login ID of the user who entered the registered office details.

Created Date

The date on which the registered office details was entered.
