Generate Deliverables

Overview
This activity enables you to generate the deliverables for a selected activity, component and business process. You can selectively generate the deliverables for one or more user interfaces under an activity. The system generates the deliverables for the selected user interfaces and places them in the appropriate folders.
Click the “Generate Deliverables” activity under “EDK – User Defined Screens” component.
The “Generate Deliverables” page appears.
Select the following fields:

Business Process |
Use the drop-down list box to select the business process for which you want to generate the deliverables. The list of existing business processes is displayed as options. |

Component |
Use the drop-down list box to select the component for which you want to generate the deliverables. The list of components that have been defined for the selected business processes is displayed as options. |

Activity |
Use the drop-down list box to select the activity for which you want to generate the deliverables. The list of activities that have been defined for the selected component is displayed as options. |
The system retrieves and displays the list of user interfaces in the “User Interface Details” multiline for the selected activity.

User Interface Name |
The name of the user interface defined for the selected activity. |
|
User Interface Description |
The description of the user interface. |
|
User Interface Type |
The type to which the user interface belongs is displayed as “Entry Point” or “Others” |
Select the following field:

Generate Deliverables For |
Use the drop-down list box to select an option for generating the deliverables. The options listed are “HTML”, “EXT-JS”. |
Click the checkbox next to the user interface in the multiline and click the “Generate Deliverables” link to generate the deliverables for the selected user interfaces.
The system generates the deliverables for the selected user interfaces and places them in the appropriate folders.
Note: Based on the value selected in the "Generate Deliverables for" the deliverables are generated and placed in their respective folders.
4 Business processes, components, activities and user interface details should exist.
