Help on Organization Unit

This page allows you to search the required organization unit details. The user can search by specifying the organization unit ID, name, and description. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves and displays the corresponding details and displays them in the multiline. The selected organization unit and its corresponding details are transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click next to the “OU Name” field.

The “Help on Organization Unit” page appears.

Enter the following search criteria:

Organization Unit ID	The number that identifies the organization unit whose details you want to retrieve.
Organization Unit Name	The name of organization unit whose details you want to retrieve. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*” as wild card character.
Organization Unit Description	The description of the organization unit whose details you want to retrieve. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*” as wild card character.

Click “Search”.

The system retrieves and displays the organization unit details based on the specified search and filter criteria in the multiline.

Organization ID	The number that identifies the organization unit.
Organization Unit Name	The name of the organization unit.
Organization Unit Description	The description of the organization unit.

Click the checkbox next to the organization unit name in the multiline to select the organization unit details.
Click “OK” to transfer the data.
