Help on User Interface

This page allows you to search the required user interface details for a business process component. The user can search by specifying the business process name and description, component name and description, activity name and description, user interface name and description, whether base business process, base component, base activity, base user interface and the type of user interface. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves and displays the corresponding details and displays them in the multiline. The selected user interface and its corresponding details are transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click next to the “Reference UI Name / Attached User Interface Name” field.

The “Help on User Interface” page appears.

Enter the following details in the header:

Business Process Name	The name of the business process for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
Component Name	The name of the component for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*”as wildcard character.
Business Process Description	The description of the business process for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the description fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
Component Description	The description of the component for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the description fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
Base Business Process	Click the checkbox to retrieve the list of user interfaces that pertains to base business processes. Unselect the checkbox to retrieve the list of interfaces that pertains to the UDS Business Process.
Base Component	Click the checkbox to retrieve the list of user interfaces that pertains to base business components. Unselect the checkbox to retrieve the list of user interfaces that pertains to base component
Activity	The name of the activity for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
User Interface Name	The name of the user interface whose details you want to retrieve. You can specify the name fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
Activity Description	The description of the activity for which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. You can specify the description fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
User Interface Description	The description of the user interface whose details you want to retrieve. You can specify the description fully or partially using the “*” as wildcard character.
Base Activity	Click the checkbox to retrieve the list of user interfaces that pertains to base activities. Unselect the checkbox to retrieve the list of user interfaces that pertains to UDS activities
Base User Interface	Click the checkbox to retrieve the details of base user interface. Unselect the checkbox to retrieve the details of UDS user interface.
User Interface Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type by which you want to retrieve the list of user interfaces. The system displays “Entry Point” and “Others” as options.

Click “Search”.

The system retrieves and displays the user interface details based on the specified search and filter criteria in the multiline.

User Interface Name	The name of the user interface.
User Interface Description	The description of the user interface.
Base User Interface	The system displays “Y” or “N” to indicate whether the user interface is a base user interface.
Business Process Name	The name of the business process to which the user interface belongs.
Business Process Description	The description of the business process to which the user interface belongs.
Component Name	The name of the component to which the user interface belongs.
Component Description	The description of the component to which the user interface belongs.
Activity Name	The name of the activity to which the user interface belongs.
Activity Description	The description of the activity to which the user interface belongs.

Click the checkbox next to the user interface in the multiline to select the user interface details.
Click “OK” to transfer the data.
