Generating warranty uncovered parts report

Select the “Warranty Uncovered Reports” link under the “Additional Reports – Claims Processing” business component.
The “Warranty Uncovered Parts Report” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Report Criteria” group box:

From Date |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the warranty uncovered parts report must be generated. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the part for which the report must be generated. |
|
Part Number |
The code identifying the part for which the report must be generated. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. |
|
To Date |
The ending date in the range of dates till which the warranty uncovered parts report must be generated. |
|
Ou Instance |
The code specifying the organization unit. |
Click the “Run Report” pushbutton to generate the warranty uncovered parts report.
Note: The system retrieves and displays only those GRs that have reference to the part number, part description and date range specified.
