Report on GST
Select the “Report on GST” link under the “EDK – Report RM” business component.
The “Report on GST” page appears.
Enter the following fields:
Reporting Location |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit for which you want the report. The system lists the login OU. The system generates the report for the entire organization unit you specify here. |
Finance Book |
Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book. The system lists the finance books mapped to the specified reporting location. By default, the system displays “ALL” in this field. The system generates the report for the entire finance book you specify here. |
TCD Code |
The identification number of the TCD, Mandatory (Alphanumeric, 25). Help facility available |
Variant # |
The identification number of the tax variant Mandatory (Alphanumeric, 25). The system displays cost centers similar to the value you specify here. |
Note: The system generates the report for the specified TCD Code and Variant # combination.
Date From |
The start-date of the period for which you want the GST report (Date Format). By default, the system displays the first date of the previous financial period, in this field. For example, if the System date is 01/09/07 and the previous financial period extends between 01/12/06 and 31/122/06, the system will display “01/12/06” as it is the first date of the previous financial year. |
To |
The end-date of the period for which you want the GST report (Date Format). By default, the system displays the last date of the previous financial period, in this field. Considering the previous example, the system will display “31/12/06” as it is the last date of the previous financial year. |
Note: The system generates the report for the period between the Date From and To dates.
Transaction Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction category of the documents for which you want the report. The system lists the following values: “Purchase”, “Sales” and “Both”. By default, the system displays “Both” in this field. The system generates the report for the documents belonging to the category you specify here. |
Tran Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction type of the documents for which you want the report. The system displays all the valid and “Active” reference document types. By default, the system displays “ALL” in this field. The system generates the report for the documents of the reference document type you specify here. |
Display Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the format in which you want to generate the report. The system displays the following values: “Date-wise” and “Transaction-wise”. By default, the system displays “Date-wise” in this field. If the Display Option is “Date-wise”, the documents are displayed in chronological order. The documents are displayed purchase-wise followed by sales-wise documents, if you specify Transaction-wise as the Display Option. |
Click the “Print” pushbutton to view the invoice details.
