Generating Engineering Change Compliance Report
This page allows you to generate the engineering change compliance report.
Select the “Generate Engineering Change Compliance Report” link under the “Additional Reports Engineering Change Management” business component.
The “Generate Engineering Change Compliance Report” page appears.
Enter the following fields:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft for which the engineering change compliance report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the aircraft registration number entered must be valid as defined in the “Aircraft” business component. Data entry in this field is mandatory, if “Order Applicability” is selected as “Aircraft”. Help facility available |
Part # |
The part number attached to the aircraft for which the engineering change compliance report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the part is defined in the “Create Parts Main Information” activity of the “Part Administration” business component. Data entry in this field is mandatory, if “Order Applicability” is selected as “Engine” or “Component”. Help facility available |
Order Applicability: |
Use the drop-down list box to select the order applicability in which the report must be generated. The system displays the options: “Aircraft”, “Engine”, and “Component”. The system displays “Aircraft” by default. Mandatory. |
Source Doc. Type: |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of change request document. The system lists all the source document types defined in the “Create Maintenance Change Request Document Type” activity of the “Common Masters” business component. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Generate Report” pushbutton to generate the engineering change compliance report.
