Generating Utilization Report

Select the “Generate Utilization Report” link under the “Additional Reports Configuration Management” business component.
The “Generate Utilization Report” page appears.
Enter the following criteria to generate the Utilization report.

From Date |
The start-date of the period for which you want the Utilization report, Mandatory (Date Format). |
|
To Date |
The end-date of the period for which you want the Utilization report, Mandatory (Date Format). |

Aircraft Model # |
The model of the aircraft. The report displays details of all aircraft of the aircraft model you specify here. However, if you do not specify a model #, the report includes information on all aircraft of all models available in the organization unit. The aircraft model # you specify must be valid with an Active Status in the Aircraft component. Help facility available |
Note: The Aircraft Model # field is relevant to the Utilization report for Aircraft. You must not specify this field, if you are to generate the Utilization report for Component

Part # |
The part # of the component. The part # you specify must be valid with an Active Status in the Part Administration component. The report displays the details of components of the part # you specify here, which are mapped to the specified position type. If you do not specify any part #, the report displays details of all components attached to all aircraft available in the organization unit. Help facility available |
Note: The Part # field is relevant to the Utilization report for Component. You must not specify this field, if you are to generate the Utilization report for Aircraft

Position Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the component. The system displays the following values: Engine, APU and Landing Gear. This field is mandatory for generating Utilization report for Component. The report displays all components of the position type you specify here. However, if you also specify the Part # field, the report includes only components of the specified part #. |
Note: The Position Type field is not relevant to the Utilization report for Aircraft Summary. Hence, you must not specify this field, if you are to generate the Utilization report for Aircraft Summary
To generate Utilization report for aircraft
Specify From Date, To Date and Aircraft Model # fields only.
Click the “Utilization Report-Aircraft” pushbutton to view the report.
To generate Utilization report for components
Specify From Date, to Date, Position Type and Aircraft Model # or Part # fields only.
Click the “Utilization Report-Component” pushbutton to view the report.
To generate Utilization report for Aircraft Summary
Specify From Date, To Date and Aircraft Model # fields only.
Click the “Utilization Report-Aircraft Summary” pushbutton to view the report.
