Generating Aircraft / Sub Component Summary Report

Select the “Generate Aircraft / Sub Component Summary Report" link under the “Additional Reports – Configuration Management” business component.

The “Generate Aircraft / Sub Component Summary Report” page appears.

Select one of the following to indicate whether the report is an aircraft or a component report.

Aircraft Component Summary Report	Select the radio button to indicate the report is based on an aircraft.
Sub Component Summary Report	Select the radio button to indicate the report is based on a component.

Specify / select the following, if you have selected the Aircraft Component Summary Report radio button.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for the aircraft for which you wish to generate the report.

The report will also contain engine details only if you have selected the “Include Engine” check box.

Help facility available

Include Engine

Select the check box to include engine details in the report. To exclude engine details from the report, leave the check box unselected.

Alternately, specify the following, if you have selected the Sub Component Summary Report radio button.

Part #	The identification number of the part for which you want to generate the report Help facility available
Serial #	The serial # of the part for which you want to generate the report. Help facility available
MSN #	The manufacturer serial number of the part for which you want to generate the report. Help facility available
Component #	The component number of the part for which you want to generate the report. Help facility available
