Help on Delivery Area

This page helps you to search and select a delivery area for transferring the details to the field where it is required.

You can search by specifying the code or description of the delivery area or by specifying the level of the delivery area in the hierarchy. You can also search by selecting the status of the delivery area. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The selected delivery area code is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “ Parent Delivery Area Code” field.

The “Help On Delivery Area” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the delivery area code:

Delivery Area Code	The code identifying the delivery area (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the delivery area code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the delivery area codes that are similar to the code entered here.
Delivery Area Description	The description of delivery area (Alphanumeric, 25). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.
Level	The level at which the delivery area is positioned in the hierarchy (Decimal).
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the delivery area. You can select one of the following options: "Active", "Inactive”, or “Both”.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Delivery Area Code	The code identifying the delivery area.
Delivery Area Description	The description of delivery area.
Level	The level at which the delivery area is positioned in the hierarchy.
Status	The status of the delivery area. It can be "Active" or "Inactive”.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the delivery area.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
