Manage Schedule
Select “Report Management” activity under “Reports”.
The “Manage Schedule” page appears.
Enter the following details in the header:
Report Type |
Select the report type. |
Report Name |
Select the report name. |
Sheet Name |
Select the sheet name. |
Schedule Type |
Select the schedule type. |
Note: Wild Card search can be applied on Schedule Name like field. If the user enters % in the Schedule Name like field then it is treated as wild card search.
Click “Search” to search for the relevant details:
Schedule Name |
A unique name that identifies the schedule. Click the schedule name to modify the schedule properties. |
Schedule Type |
The type of schedule. |
Is Multi Report |
Display 'Yes' for multiple report and 'No' for single report. |
Start Time |
Time to start executing the schedule. |
Created By |
The user by whom the schedule is created. |
Last Generated On |
The date and time of last run of schedule. |
Last Generated Status |
The status (Success/Failure) of last run schedule. On clicking, 'View Schedule Status' screen will be launched to see all the scheduled instance with a detail report. |
Select the schedule
and click the
button to remove a specific
schedule instance.
To Proceed,
Click “Manage Schedule History” link to navigate to 'History Clearance' popup window.
History Clearance Scheduler
This screen allows the end-user to create a schedule to clear the generated report files and delete the clearance scheduler. The clearance can be scheduled Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Once with specifying Number of Days to retain the generated reports.
Enter the following details:
Select the option for “Schedule Task” to enter the corresponding details.
Enter the following details for One Time Occurrence:

Enter the number of days to retain the generated report in Schedule Report folder. |
Run On |
Select the schedule

Enter the following field details for DAILY recurrence:
Recur Every |
The number of days to recur, for type daily recurrence and user has to repeat the task for every hour and certain duration for executing the schedule. |
Enter the following field details for WEEKLY recurrence:
Week Days |
Check the days in a week to recur. |
Enter the following field details for MONTHLY SPECIFIC recurrence:
Run On |
The schedule can be run on Specific Day/Pattern/Last Day of month. |
Specific Day |
Select specific day of the month for schedule to be executed. |
Pattern |
Select the week days of month for executing the schedule. |
Last day of the month |
Schedule has to be executed every last day of the month. |
Click “Save” to create a schedule for clearing the generated report files.
Click “Delete” to delete the scheduled schedule.
