Select the “Execute View” link in the main page.
This page allows you to execute the view with drill down.
The “Execute View-Drill Down” page appears.
The system displays the following details:
View Name |
The name of the view. |
View Type |
The type of the view, which could be “Adhoc”, “Audit” or “Report”. |
Drill Down History |
The value representing the drill down hierarchy of the view. |
Data Alarm |
Indicates the data alarm attributes of the view. This field will be displayed only if the data alarm feature is enabled for the view. |
Click the hyperlinked drill-down number in the "Drill Down History" trail bar to visit the corresponding view.
Check the “Show Drill Down Criteria” box, to display/modify the drill-down conditions.
Click the “Re-execute View” pushbutton to re-execute the view query, with the modified filter conditions.
A If you click the “Re-execute View” pushbutton without enabling the “Show Drill Down Criteria” checkbox, the system refreshes the page with the latest data. If you click the “Re-Execute View” pushbutton after enabling the “Show Drill Down Criteria” checkbox, the system opens the “Dynamic Filters” page, allowing you to redefine the filter conditions for the current view.
The system displays the fields that make up the view, in the generic “View Output” multiline
Select the hyperlinked column in the “View Output” multiline if any, to launch a child view.
A If you select the hyperlinked column in the “View Output” multiline without enabling the “Show Drill Down Criteria” checkbox, the system launches the child view without modifying the saved filter criteria. If you select the hyperlinked column in the “View Output” multiline after enabling the “Show Drill Down Criteria” checkbox, the system opens the “Dynamic Filters” page, allowing you to define / redefine the filter conditions for the child view.
Click the “View SQL” pushbutton to view the SQL statements.
The system displays the SQL statements pertaining to the view, in the web-page dialog.
Select the “Chart Settings” link to set the chart options.
Note: There should be at least one numeric column in the view to visit this page. Only numeric data can be displayed as a chart.
