Reviewing Pilot Crew Log

Select the “Review Pilot Crew Log” link under the “Crew Information” business component.
The “Review Pilot Crew Log “page appears:
Enter the employee ID / code to retrieve Duty, Certificate and Activity details.
Employee ID |
The employee ID of the login user for which you want to retrieve duty, certificate and activity details. Note: The employee you specify must belong to a job family that is mapped to the role of Pilot, Co-Pilot, Instructor Pilot or Crew. |
The page displays the following details of the specified employee.
Employee Name |
The employee name of the login user for which you want to retrieve duty, certificate and activity details. |
Date |
The current date and time. |
Pilot |
The flight hours clocked by the employee / login user in the role of a pilot till date. Note: The field name (Pilot) will depend on value of the process parameter “Show total Flight Hour break up in terms of?” as defined under the entity type Crew Information and entity Pilot / Crew Log in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master. |
Co-Pilot |
The flight hours clocked by the employee / login user in the role of a co-pilot till date. |
Instructor Pilot |
The flight hours clocked by the employee / login user in the role of instructor till date. |
Crew |
The flight hours clocked by the employee / login user in the role of crew till date. |
Total FH |
The total flight hours as flown by the login user in all the roles till date. |
The “My Activity Summary” section displays the following details as recorded for the employee in the “Maintain Crew Duty Activity Info.” activity.

Process Parameter dependency: The time horizon in this column will be based on the value set for the process parameter "Choose the time horizon for Column 1 in Activity Summary Section” under the entity type Crew Information and the entity Pilot/Crew Log in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master. The values that can be set for the column is illustrated in the below table.

The quantum of the activity the employee completed in the past seven days ending current date. Note: Enter a whole number in the field. The values that can be set for the column is illustrated in the below table.

The “My Certificate” section displays the following details of certificates as recorded for the employee in the HRMS component.
Note:
· Certificates that are currently valid are displayed in Amber Color
· Certificates that have expired are displayed in Red Color
Certificate# |
The unique identifier of the certificate accomplished by the employee. |
Certificate Category |
The category of the certificate accomplished by the employee. |
Certificate Class |
The class to which the certificate belongs |
Issue Date |
The date on which the certificate was issued to the employee. |
Expiry Date |
The date on which the validity of the certificate ends. |
The “My Duty Limitations” section displays the following details as recorded for the employee in the "Maintain Crew Duty Limitations" activity.
Note:
· Duty limitations with Current Value of Output Parameter < Threshold Value for Rules With Rule Type as 'Minimum Rest Aggregate'/'Minimum Experience Based’ is displayed in Red Color
· Duty limitations with Current Value of Output Parameter > Threshold Value for Rules With Rule Type as ' Maximum Flight Hours Limit Aggregate is displayed in Red Color
